Harry Searle our Maintenance Manager reached a 50 year milestone with Rocmaura in 2023! Kim Gaudet our receptionist is celebrating her 40th year at Rocmaura! Congratulations to Garden Court RN Brenda Wilson who received the 2023 Mission Award.

Rocmaura has about 240 amazing employees, with anywhere from 60 to 80 working on any given day. Many staff have worked here a very long time, some since we opened over 50 years ago! Many are related! We have generations of staff who work in our building, from just about every country in the world! We are very fortunate for our staff's caring and compassion to our residents.
