Sip & Savour is our major annual Foundation fundraising event. We have been hosting our annual "Gala" for over 25 years, and this is a new twist on the same great cause. This year's event is bigger and better, featuring more items to savour, and more non-alcoholic tastings for the spirit-free!
As Dry January and the mindful drinking movement grows, we want everyone to share in the fun and have a great evening givingour Residents their best life! The fun starts at 7-7:30PM for VIP's with an exclusive tasting time. VIP's get their own table with charcuterie board PLUS 2 tasting seminars!
VIP Seminar 1: The Regions of Scotland tasting seminar will feature some of NB's top label Scotches with the Whisky Lassie Joanne McInnis.
VIP Seminar 2: Expert mixologist Eric Scouten of Kakuteru Lounge will host a superb sampling of zero-proof mocktails.
The fun continues from 7:30-9:30PM for General Admission ticket holders.
Savour more than 20 beer, wine, spirit, and non alcoholic vendors from around NB.
Throw on your "steppin out" clothes and get your photo taken in our photo spots while enjoying mingling and entertainment with DJ Awesum.

Saturday Oct. 14, 2023 was an unforgettable evening of indulgence and giving back, as we raised a glass for Rocmaura and raised over $56,000.
More than 400 Foundation supporters sampled a variety of wine, beer, and spirits from 22 vendors around our region.
Our VIP $150 tickets had access to our exclusive tasting hour and an ors d'oeuvres reception before the main admission.
Our Gold $100 tickets for a group of ten, gave guests their very own table and charcuterie board.
General admission tickets were just $65 and everyone enjoyed an evening of games, auction items, raffles, and more!
All proceeds will give our residents their best life. Thank you to everyone who participated in our first annual Sip & Savour and helped make a difference in the lives of those who have given so much. All guests receive a charitable gift receipt for their donation, souvenir glass, and tasting program to take home!
