MeetNow On-Demand Counselling, mental health counselling, burnout stress solutions, online cognitive behavioural therapy, enhanced mental health care, wellness & coaching, leadership mental health training, diversity, equity and inclusion support.

We are very happy to be able to offer free, confidential access to services digitally to all staff. The employer is never notified of when or who accesses the services. Aside from a yearly province wide usage tally, there is no sharing of information regarding who accesses the services or what service are used .
